Hello, I’m Cheryl Malagon.
Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, my love for country living began on my grandparents’ farm in rural Kentucky. After earning my Master’s Degree from the University of South Florida, I spent more than 27 years helping others through my career in probation, including 23 years with Federal Probation, and as an adjunct college instructor.
In 2014, my husband and I retired and made East Tennessee our home after falling in love with its beautiful mountains, peaceful countryside, and welcoming communities. When we first saw deer grazing on the property that would become our homesite, I knew we had found where we belonged.
Today, I combine my passion for helping people with my love for East Tennessee real estate. Whether you’re looking for a mountain retreat, acreage, an equestrian property, or your forever home, I’d be honored to help you find your special place in Tennessee.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me horseback riding, gardening, hiking, practicing yoga, or enjoying time with my family, dogs, horses, and rescue donkey.
